Refund & Return Policy

At Solira Apparels, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

To start a return, please contact our support team at support@soliraapparels.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how to send your item back.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds are issued for the item cost only and do not include original shipping charges (if any).

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@soliraapparels.com. Include clear photos of the item and your order number, and our team will resolve the issue quickly,  either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products such as intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, and final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please check the product description carefully before purchasing.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the stated processing time, we recommend checking with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at support@soliraapparels.com and we’ll assist in resolving it.
