1. Where do you ship from?

All Solira Apparels orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our trusted U.S.-based suppliers. This allows us to deliver faster within the United States while maintaining premium quality and reliable service.

2. Where do you ship to?

We currently ship exclusively within the United States. Expanding to more regions is part of our future plans, so stay tuned for updates on international shipping.

3. How long does shipping take?

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days and delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times can vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier operations.

During holidays or peak seasons, there may be small delays  but we always work to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders, with no minimum purchase required.

5. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Because we begin processing orders quickly, we can only make changes within 12 hours of purchase. If you need to modify or cancel your order, contact us immediately at support@soliraapparels.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

7. What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

To start a return, email support@soliraapparels.com with your order number and the reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed instructions.

8. Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We’ll always work with you to ensure the process is easy and fair.

9. What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll quickly arrange a replacement or refund.

10. Do you offer exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or color.

12. How do I care for my clothing?

Yes! You can save your favorite items by clicking the heart icon next to a product. Your Wishlist lets you keep track of the pieces you love and revisit them anytime.

14. Do you have physical stores?

Not at the moment. Solira Apparels operates exclusively online, allowing us to offer a wide range of trendy, high-quality styles at great prices.

15. Do you offer gift cards?
